The streak

Show up once a day. That's the whole rule.

Your streak grows every day you do at least one real thing β€” train, or eat to plan. Not perfection, not an hour a day. One honest action, logged, and today counts.

The rule

One action makes the day count

Two kinds of action qualify. Do either one, just once, and your streak carries on. Do both and it still counts once β€” a streak is about days, not volume.

A workout action

Complete any task in your plan β€” at Main, Lite or Survival size β€” or log a training session yourself, set by set or by duration.

  • Finish today's session, at any size
  • Log a session you did on your own

A diet action

Check off a meal from your plan, or log something you ate β€” by chat with your coach, by photo, or with a quick search.

  • Check off a planned meal
  • Log a food β€” β€œ2 idlis with sambar” is enough
Honest by design

What breaks a streak, and what doesn't

A streak ends the honest way: a full day passes with no workout action and no diet action. That's it. There's no penalty screen and no lecture β€” your longest run stays on the record, and the next action you take starts the next one.

Keeps your streak alive

  • A Survival-size task on your worst day β€” it counts exactly like a full session.
  • A rest day where you check off a meal or log your food β€” the day still counts.
  • Switching a task to a smaller version β€” any size banks the day.

Ends the run

  • A day with no workout action and no diet action.
  • Logging a past day later β€” back-dated logs are recorded, but they don't extend your streak. It only grows on the day itself.
Your record

Three numbers, kept for you

The app keeps your consistency record without you doing anything. A broken run never erases what you built.

Current

streak β€” the run you're on right now

Longest

streak β€” your best run ever, kept for good

Active

days β€” every day that counted, lifetime total

The leaderboard ranks active days

If you opt in, the leaderboard shows a display name and active-day counts β€” total days showed up, not points, not volume. There's a monthly board and an all-time board, and you can opt out entirely in settings whenever you like.

Day complete

Finish a day, feel it

Some moments earn a once-a-day celebration: finishing every exercise in your session, logging every meal, or landing your calorie and protein targets. Confetti, a quick fanfare of your day's numbers, done. Then the app gets out of your way.

Streaks, answered

Do I have to work out every day to keep my streak?
No. One workout action or one diet action is enough β€” checking off a meal or logging a food keeps the day alive, even on a rest day. The streak measures showing up, not training volume.
What exactly breaks a streak?
A full day with no qualifying action β€” no completed task, no logged session, no checked-off meal, no logged food. When that happens the run ends, your longest streak stays on record, and the next action starts a new run.
Can I log yesterday to save my streak?
No. You can log past days to keep your history honest, but a back-dated log never extends a streak β€” it only grows on the day itself. That's what makes the number mean something.
Where do I see my streak?
Your current streak lives on the home screen, with your streak history a tap away β€” current run, longest run, and total active days. The leaderboard, if you've opted in, ranks everyone by active days.
